7. Sleep
Sleep for 8 hours a day is recommended to restore the body’s condition. Besides your body more energized when wake up, during sleep, the body releases all of hormones needed for growth. This hormone will help the formation of muscle mass and also the recovery of the body to be primed and ready to practice again.
8. Cardio exercise
The heart is the most important muscle in the human body. Cardio exercise will increase your appetite so it will be easier to regulate your diet, make it more clean and healthy. Cardio exercise will strengthen the cardiovascular system which very important for heavy weight training.
